This amazing Witch Doctor Top Hat is designed to fit on a skull, added to a wreath or as a stand-alone centerpiece. The fabric is a spiderweb design with Purple Velvet under spiderweb fabric. The Top Hat is decorated with black feathers, lace, and flowers. This adorable hat measures  8" to the top of the feathers and 7" brim width.
