This amazing Witch Doctor Top Hat is designed to fit on a skull, added to a wreath or as a stand-alone centerpiece. The fabric is a spiderweb design with Purple and Green holographic light reflections. The Top Hat is decorated with black feathers and roses along with an antique rose pin and green or purple  accent stones. This adorable hat measures  8" to the top of the feathers and 7" brim width.
